Taoxichuan Art Center Lecture invited Artist-in-ResidenceTu Yu Chiehto present a lecture on the theme of "Loading…40%" at 16:00 on Wednesday, 25th December 2024 at the Taoxichuan S3 Multi-media Room(2nd floor.

 

In this lecture, Tu Yu Chieh will share her creative experiences and works. From functional vessels to conceptual sculptures, her works incorporate elements of industry, and in terms of shape design, they not only extensively use industrial parts but also skillfully integrate the assembly of tools. While highlighting the characteristics of industrial parts, some of her works perfectly blend the seemingly conflicting textures of hardness and softness.In this lecture, Tu Yu Chieh will share her creative experiences and works. In this lecture, NGANGA LUBENDU ALPHONSE will share his encounter with ceramics in China, which changed him and broke the limitations he had on pottery. Because art is dynamic, the ceramics, the working materials, and the entire environment have all promoted his work.
