Each of the 63 children in Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province, received a big envelope filled with lots of love from Beijing UU Public Welfare Organization.

On May 21, a Student Grant-in-Aid Ceremony held by Beijing UU Public Welfare Organization took place in Fuliang No.1 Primary School. In details, 52,200 yuan was sealed in 63 big envelopes, also, 24 Fuliang students received Grant-in-Aid 1,200 yuan for the whole year and 39 students received 600 yuan for half a year.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Beijing UU Public Welfare Organization, which constantly supports students in Fuliang, was unable to distribute the money to Students in Fuliang County, Jingdezhen. Consequently, Ms. Qing You, the founder of Beijing UU Public WelfareOrganization, authorized Jingdezhen local public welfare organizations, Love Volunteers Association and Tongxin Society, to grant the students on behalf of her.

The sponsored children wrote letters to show their gratitude and respect. “I would like to express my high respect and heartfelt thanks to you in this beautiful season of blossom...” Another student was making a joke, said that “Physics is really difficult for me to learn...I’m losing my hair very fast.” Some of their words might sound childish, but very heartfelt and genuine.

Wu Xinping, director of the Student Financial Aid Management Center of Fuliang County Education and Sports Bureau, introduced that Beijing UU Public Welfare Organization is a professional charity organization developed from Ms. Qing You, who has been dedicated to help students live in remote mountainous areas for years. The 63 students who have received grants are all from schools in the Fuliang county, and each student received 1200 yuan per academic year.
