To strengthen epidemic control over key groups precisely, to ensure orderly flow of low-risk groups and to balance epidemic prevention and control and social economic development, Jiangxi Provincial Headquarters of Epidemic Prevention and Control released the Notice on Orderly and Safe Flow of People during Epidemic Prevention and Control Period. We will bring you all the details of this notice.

Q: How can residents inside Jiangxi Province flow?

A: 1. With implementing regular epidemic prevention and control measures such as scanning health QR code and body temperature checks, people from cities(counties or districts) with no domestic cases are allowed to travel among these areas freely and orderly.

2. Besides scanning health QR code, body temperature checks  and providing Nucleic Acid Test results within 48 hours, people from cities(counties or districts) with domestic cases should take a Covid-19 test on arrival at the destination and take another 2 tests in 3 days when travel. Before the result of the first test comes out, people should stay at home or place of entry.

3. When there are domestic cases inside the province, municipal cities can’t restrict people flowing arbitrarily. It must be implemented in accordance with the unified deployment of the province.

Q: How about travelers or returnees to Jiangxi from outside Jiangxi Province?

A: 1. For travelers or returnees from any medium-risk/high-risk areas or regions with cluster infections, we will implement 7-day centralized quarantine and another 7-day home health monitoring strictly.

2. For travelers or returnees from low-risk areas or regions with no domestic cases, besides scanning health QR code, body temperature checks and providing Nucleic Acid Test results within 48 hours, we will conduct 1 Covid-19 test on arrival at the destination and another 2 tests in 3 days. Before the result of the first test comes out, travelers or returnees should stay at home or place of entry.
